China must be pressured to observe the civil rights of its citizens and conquered territories. Few events in history have ever given the world a chance to unite and stand against this behemoth country. I hope there are Olympians that will wear the flag of Tibet or carry the picture of the Dalai Lama. China spent billions on the Olympics and wants to show off. Perfect opportunity to change minds because China has a bright spotlight on it and doesn’t want the world to notice any trouble.
I wonder what is going to happen to the first Olympic competitor that takes the gold and shouts “FREE TIBET!!” in the awards ceremony?
