Sorry I disagree. You are on taxpayers dime. It’s offensive to them and the school has the right to do it what it pleases. I do not think the kid should go to jail, but when you are in a school. You follow their rules. Just think of it like work. When you go to work you can wear whatever you want. However, it may get you fired. Does not mean you will go to jail. Just fired.

True, but that is where the problem starts, allowing the government to take over education and turn it into indoctrination was one of our worst mistakes.
