The brother of one of my coworkers is in demolition and he said that there are some similarities to a controlled collapse, but there are such similarities in virtually every building collapse he has ever seen.

The conspiracy wackos don't want to hear this, however, so they just point to the similarities and ignore everything else about the collapse that does not resemble a controlled demolition.
