I believe sections 5 and 6 of SH-130 from 183 to I-10 will be built and operated by Cintra/Zachry. (couldn’t find a link for that...hmmmm?)

Sections 1 through 4 are: http://www.sh130.com/

You and Dog Gone seemed to have *slightly* different opinions on this subject back then (before my time on here)

I didn't see where it mentioned C/Z (or any other contractors) in the article or discussion. I'm only half-sure C/Z have the contract for sections 5 and 6 of SH-130.

BTW: section 5 will go right through my Wife's Uncle's front yard and 250 acres.

It’s a done deal though interestingly, Cintra may have concession rights over the entire SH-130 corridor.

Another objection bites the dust!

The underlying irony of all this is that it was the US that that promoted, and the world accepted, the reality that the market and the private sector was more capable than the public sector. Except now, the US/Texas is having difficulties implementing market/private sector solutions because of the socialist/populist minded voters.

Would you call the folks that fought at the Alamo Socialists/Populists? That's how this battle is being portrayed. Frankly, it's just too damn bad what the Feds and the world want.(NO, it's not Texas, it's Perry) It's time the people have their voices returned. What particular *objection* are you mentioning?
