'Miracle baby' a victim – judge

Kenyan police allege the Gilbert Deya Ministries is an international baby-snatching ring and have asked the British government to extradite Mr Deya.

They say their investigation revolves around the disappearance of babies from Nairobi's Pumwani Maternity Hospital and involves suspects in Britain, Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda and Kenya.

In September they took 20 of Mr Deya's "miracle babies" into care in Nairobi after they were found to have no genetic link to the women claiming to be their mothers.

The pastor denies involvement in child trafficking and his lawyer says his client will not receive a fair trial if he is extradited to Kenya.

Gilbert Deya is now based in Glasgow and is claiming political asylum in Scotland.

Obama went to Kenya and supported Odinga’s campaign, all the while declaring the government of Kenya to be corrupt. What a joke. That's like Arafat calling Israel corrupt. Moreover, Odinga visited Obama here in the States as they were both gearing up to run their respective “insurgency” campaigns. Obama needs to answer for his relationship with his Islamo-fascist/Commie cousin.

And yet, until recently, Kenya was considered one of the most stable governments in all Africa. There is a big difference between petty corruption and a Communist/Islamo-fascist takeover. That means blood on the streets, state-sanctioned terror, political show trials, religious oppression, mass executions, a base of operations to spread the revolution to other parts of Africa, and safe-haven for international terrorists.
