You are right, Chester is a town NE of Pomeroy. She gave birth in Athens hospital about 20 miles north.
If the situation with this person was so unusual or a notable failure of the health care system, how come there are no news accounts or comments from local officials like Ohio governor Strickland (who follows her around like a poodle).
Reminds me of Al Gore pitching yarns in the 2000 race and Clinton spinning more yarns.

Add to the discrepancies is the question regarding some existing condition that caused her earlier hospital bills.
Something like a pregnancy may have complicated a pre-existing condition and there is no info on what she or her fiance were doing to maintain her health and her pregnancy.

OBleness Memorial Hospital (http://www.obleness.org/services/sub.asp?id=8&sid=80) looks like a pretty good hospital to me...Hillarycare and her lawyer litigation lobby would destroy both good doctors and hospitals like this if she ever got her way.

Exactly. And that paragraph from the article mentions everything BUT how she died. It's almost as if the author wants for the reader to believe that the story was validated, that research was done....and not realize what is left out!
Her being turned away from the hospital is hearsay from Holman....not proof.
The only things established are a woman of that name from OH died on 8/15 at age 35 and that she had hospital debt which she had paid off 2 years prior to her death. Not the story Hillary is telling.

Where are the REPORTERS??? Are DEATH CERTIFICATES PUBLIC?? She could have died of an OVERDOSE for all we know!
Whatever she died of, the story about the hospital turning her away is NOT the WHOLE story!

Thanks for the news clip. Your point about a PH manager without any health coverage on top of the fact that a pregnant woman was supposedly refused treatment doesn't pass the smell test.
Your clip also reveals her son was born in an Athens hospital and that the father was "Tony Hutton" and yet her fiance's name is "Chester."
I think the fiance lives in Chester - although without the remainder of the obit, it could have been a first name w/ the last name cut off. I almost made a similar mistake, taking the name of her father to be the name of the fiance, thus having her baby be the son of someone other than the fiance. But then the ol' brain kicked in, asking how likely it was that she was engaged to a man with the same last name. :)
I did email the WaPo article's author, pointing out that 5 minutes with Google gave me Trina's place of employment and the address & phone# of the employer as well, so it would have been easy to contact them to start determining the veracity of Hillary!'s story. That was before I found the obits for Trina and Trey, but the point is the same - Google is your friend! Use it, reporters!

Thanks for including me in this response. That’s what I thought - Hillary picked up on a rumor, didn’t check it out and used that story over and over again.
Hmmmmm.....Thank God for the internet and those tenacious sould, like you, who are willing to pursue the truth.
I suppose that it’s not so passingly strange that Hillary used this story, unchecked - a story that could have been readily checked. Shameful.
