No I don't want to rethink it. Having a parent even in the next room is better then nothing. Plus if it were my husband & our daughter he would have told the school to go to hell & took our daughter home & out of that school for good. As for school nurses I think many of them are useless. Why didn't the school call for a female cop if they thought the child had drugs? Where does the school get off telling a 13 yr old to undress? If they thought she had drugs they should have let the police handle it & the parents should have been there. Even if the father had to be in the next room while his child was being searched & stripped down it would have been better for the child to know somebody from her family was there.
