Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's (D-N.Y.) this afternoon released the second ad of her presidential campaign featuring the "3 am phone call" motif, this time with the economy as the theme and Sen. John McCain (Ariz.) as the intended target.
"John McCain just said the government shouldn't take any real action in the housing crisis," says the ad's narrator. "He'd let the phone keep ringing."

IMO it hurts her more than anyone else.
What about the homes that the Government foreclosed on for not paying taxes.
Our nation is over taxed, people are starving and being thrown out of their homes so the Government can sell the house for back taxes.
Why not cut those taxes?
They both need to be in jail, in the same cell for extra torment.
None of the candidates is an “expert” on the economy, but McCain’s the only one big enough to admit that fact.
Hillary seems obsessed with these 3:00 AM phone calls. She must’ve dreaded them when she’d wake up at 3:00 AM and wonder where her husband was.
Brilliant move. Free Air Time for the BROKE campain. He original Ad was played ad nauseum and this one would probably get her lots of prime time coverage.
She also successfully kill two birds with one stone - Attack in the Ad is on McCain - but it also reminds people of the original Ad which was attack on Obama(That would probably be played to put this Ad in context).
It would also get Republican surrogates riled up and then Hillary gets to have opportunity to be TEARY EYED and bullied not only by Obama but Right Wingers, since all of them are obviously SEXIST and want to bully her out.

With all those 3 am calls she’ll be suffering from sleep deprivation, and we all know what happens when she’s sleep deprived. She lies (that was her excuse for the Bosnia sniper fire lies).
Having said that, I think it’s pretty stupid of her to be spending money she can’t afford to spend to go after McCain when at this point in time, Obama is the one she needs to go after.
uh, which idiot is calling the White House at 3am about economic issues? Somebody in freaking Europe where its 11am already?
Do the Clinton people even think these things through at all? They think people in PA are so stupid that they believe that subprime issues or foreclosures are somehow so time sensitive that Clinton would be working through the night on them? Or that there is nobody else in the entire Executive Branch taking phone calls other than the President?

Any awareness of any housing crisis-like situation is not something over which any president will be awakened by a 3am phone call! Get real. Such things brew over weeks and months, and aren't announced by 3am phone calls.
Saying that "McCain will take no real action" is the clincher. An executive branch that has to take action regarding economics on the basis of 3am phone calls is far too invasive in situations where they have no business mucking.
Whenever markets shift, maybe somebody loses, but someone also gains. If the government intervenes, it's almost certainly a palliative that will only gum up the works and shift the losses to those taxpayers who pay the most in taxes. No action is as expensive to taxpayers as government action, and the Left's (viz. Hillary's) actions are typically only going to exacerbate market problems, where market forces are already held in place, by contrast, by contracts and agreements well thought out over time.
If there be "victims" that will starve if immediate, temporary action isn't taken, that would be one thing, but to use taxpayer funds of the size we've seen coming out of the banking industry to buy houses or shield people from the losses represented by bad decisions and actions and shift them to innocent taxpayers is sheer madness, and not an effective solution, despite the warmth for the Left it seems to create among their uneducated constituents.

Hillary has nothing, is nothing, and can debate nothing. And yes, the only concern, if it even is a concern, is what bed Bill is in during any given evening. Since both of the Marxist socialist candidates are basically the same in that prime regard, they cannot debate each other on ANY SERIOUS ISSUES so they must resort to weak name-calling and hyping ridiculous issues like this 3AM phone call scenario.
The Dems are a living lie. That is what their campaign is based on. Lies, name calling, personal attacks, slander, and an all-out charge for the aquisition of power in any manner they can. They have nothing for America or its people, and could not care less about same.
