I don’t believe the CC have the same rules that we have, here in the enlightened West. Their notion of ‘due process’ includes things like compassionate torture, silent disappearance, etc...tools we are too ‘civilized’ to use.
My $$ is on China. The Muslims will be surprised to find no friendly press or UN stoodges coming to their rescue. And the Chinese have had 5000 years to refine their torture methods. Have at it.
