mamelukesabre, I recently saw a show on this very subject. As infowarrior mentions in another post, pilot Roy Brown was officially awarded the kill, but the show uses modern forensic methods, and they believe that an Australian infantryman firing a machine gun from the ground was the real one who took out the Baron.
