>>Fighting from within gives you zero leverage. Being an indy, they need to try to figure out how to get indys back.<<
I believe in the seemingly contradictory idea of working from within while being independent where it counts. I was at the Republican county convention last weekend, and I’m here to tell you was an extraordinary amount of dissatisfaction with McCain. Our Texas state republican platform calls ending the Trans Texas Corridor (NAU infrastucture) with extreme prejudice.
... McCain was the last one standing. He wasn't the best candidate. He was the candidate the msm wanted. Glad to hear that Texas isn't thrilled either. Florida gop's telemarketing and I don't think it's a slam dunk in that regard.
As Senator McCain, due to his lefty ways, I was spending so much time opposing him. Once again the national GOP shoots itself in both feet. McCain's worse than Bush. Bush is up front about his positions. McCain's just plain sneaky and I'm afraid we'd be hoodwinked right away and not even be able to fight bk.
There are no good scenarios for this election. I will support republicans but not him.
