Thought he’d actually push first for a “Che Guevara” holiday, seeing how his Houston campaign office was decorated....

That would be March 31; often would coincide with spring break. Sorry Barack, the teacher’s union is not going to spring for some holiday that comes down on a day they already have off anyway. March 2 would be a nice day for a holiday. Dr. Seuss was born on March 2. How ‘bout dat one, oh man of many visions?

I’m starting to like the idea of punching Obammy in the lip.

I would prefer a national holiday for Cesar Romero!

March 2 is already a holiday. It's Texas Independence Day.
When I die I may not go to heaven
I don't know if they let cowboys in
If they don't just let me go to Texas, Boy!
Texas is as close as I've been.
New York couldn't hold my attention
Detroit City couldn't sing my song
If tomorrow finds me busted flat in Dallas
I won't care, 'cause at least I'll know I'm home.
When I die I may not go to heaven
I don't know if they let cowboys in
If they don't just let me go to Texas, Boy!
Texas is as close as I've been.
I'd ride through all of Hell and half of Texas
Just to hear Willie Nelson sing a country song
Beer just ain't as cold in old Milwaukee
My body's here, but my soul's in San Antone.
When I die I may not go to heaven
I don't know if they let cowboys in
If they don't just let me go to Texas, Boy!
Texas is as close as I've been.
Sorry to hijack the thread, but it just had to be said.

Hillary must come back and one up Barry. The beast wants a Cheech Marin Day. She got high to old “Cheech & Chong” albums with Klintoon.

today you wouldn't be allowed in the gym. I was down in southern Ca this weekend and most of the time I felt like I may as well be in Mexico. On the drive back north along the central valley, I could have sworn I was in Mexico.

That is too stupid, even for Mr. Hussein. I smell a rat. I smell April 1st.

If I recall news the 1993 news reports correctly, Cesar Chavez died in a whorehouse.
Looking through the net sources, this has been thoroughly scrubbed from the history of this union thug-turned-saint.

"That's why I support the call to make Cesar Chavez's birthday a national holiday. It's time to recognize the contributions of this American icon to the ongoing efforts to perfect our union." This guy is a loon.
Here is the man who deserves a day - GEORGE WASHINGTON.
Give him back his day that was taken by all those mediocre presidents.

Please post comments there. We need to remind people that Chavez in no ways deserves the ‘honor’ of kicking us out of our more significant and real holidays.
