What Terri’s murderers, their enablers and cheerleaders never grasped is that it DID NOT MATTER whether Terri was PVS or not. She DID NOT die from any terminal illness, she died because she was starved and dehydrated to death. It is irrelevant what anyone else thinks of someone’s conditions.
I think that Hillary Clinton is a rapist-enabling communist who looks like she was kicked in the face by a mule, but I still think she deserves food and water (though it should be served to her by a guard at a “Supermax” prison).
They told so many lies, it’s still a full time job exposing the truth. In the process, they derailed the argument from whether or not Terri had a right to live to whether or not she had an idyllic life. And they continue to tell the same tired out lies, while throwing in some new ones (like the one about the autopsy proving she was PVS for five years. Give us a break!)
You expressed a concept rare these days, the meaning of Charity, a word such anathema to the left, they have battled it, trying to reduce it to donations at the local chin-up club or replacing it with a more ambiguous "Love". For Charity is the love of God and we do such deeds because of love of God transcending love all else hence offering aid to an injured enemy.
