Because they are the same deathbots. Sometimes different persons, but the very same muses which have buzzed around the Prince of Darkness throughout. Their hatreds remain the same, their approach remains the same. Sometimes I see them as figures in an old Frank Perretti novel like This Present Darkness.

One thing we know, though, is their very presence indicates the importance to them and their superiors of having Lauren killed. In our battle against evil, these are the enemy infantry.
