Clinton didn't pay health insurance bills

Why should she? That would be going against liberal thinking that health-care is an entitlement that should be paid by the "government". It's not a personal responsibility and it's not up to her. If she were to win the primary and the presidency, then those bills would be paid retroactively, by the government.

Besides, that health-care money represents funds that she desperately needs for her campaign.

Let's just make everything free. We can eliminate money and they just can hand out whatever people need. Isn't that the ultimate liberal objective?
