I've had my share of "discussions" with Johnnie but he is right here, until you can prove we paid the tab here it is just plain stupid to imply otherwise. Iraq is recovering nicely, and I am sure they are using their own money to do this. It is a welcome shot in the arm for Boeing at any rate.
