No one gave an option about transferring the Arabs DOWN.
Seriously, I cannot understand why Israel would have as citizens, let alone mere residents, people who don't recognize the legitimacy and authority of the State of Israel. If they do, they get to live better and freer lives than any other Arabs (save the uber-rich sheiks); if not, go live among your brethren where their are no Juden, as you plainly don't like them or tolerate them.
