He may have used that language but he wasn't wrong by opposing revenue cuts without the expense reductions. El Jefe Jorge and the rest of the pubs layered on a few more trillion in debt for us. Even holding the line on spending would have gotten us back in the black.

We won't talk about the administration's screwing the pooch in Iraq from late in 2003 onward that not only cost us extra soldiers and marines lives but allowed the dems to make a huge comeback in 2006. McCain was actually in favor of more troops on the ground long before Bush took his head out of his ass.

I don't like McCain but too many people are willing to put democrats in the WH after having handed them the Senate and House in the 2006 election. He may not be a stellar conservative but he's going to be better than Hillary/Obama. I don't want either of those two asshats in the Oval Office in the nex4 4 years when we need to tie down Iraq then deal with Syria and Iran.
