While I value you greatly as a longtime member of FR, I'm already thinking beyond this election to how we get Congress back in 2010. I'm sincerely hoping that most FReepers who live in blue states like I do focus their time, energy, persuasive abilities, and money on getting true conservative Republicans elected this year, rather than wasting those efforts on Sen. McCain.

The day after the election, we'll welcome you to our side, as we try to find the next worthy nominee for 2012, and work towards fully regaining Congress in 2010.

Then I noticed it was a vanity.

I am a McCain supporter now that he's the nominee, and glad t go toe to -toe with anyone who is stupid enough to pretend that helping one of the anti-semitic chihuahuas to the White House is conservatism. that said...can't see this vanity as constructive, either.

If you can't try to reason with the McCain haters, ignore them. Most people won't need any help figuring it out between now and November; those who can't figure it out by then are beyond help.
