Please be sure to read number 10. D'sousa surely knows the Clintons.

Obama’s connection with the Reverend Jeremiah Wright makes him unelectable in the general election,
A lot of typical white people won’t touch him now.

I’ve considered almost all of those points.
I don’t see #10 happening though.

That’s right. According to Obama, the white people are bred that way.

"John McCain is the stongest candidate the Republicans could have nominated."
Given the choices we had D'sousa is right. Every candidate had serious flaws, including McCain. None of them would have unified the conservative wing but only McCain is able to attract enough independents necessary to win a general election.

Apparently bigotry and white skin are caused by the same gene.

able to attract enough independents necessary to win a general election. Good, because he is hemorrhaging conservatives and republicans.

D’Souza should stop plagerizing 13 year olds. 10 points worth of shallow drivel.

#10 is why Obama, if he is actually smart, will not take the Clintons as VP. He would assuredly not survive 4 years. He might make 2. He might have a heart attack in May ‘09.

I just can’t see Hillary settling for second position.
I also disagree with McCain being the strongest candidate.
I can’t see Obama picking Hillary. I keep picturing Ellison or somebody like that.
It would fit in more with his long standing “afrocentric” beliefs or whatever it is.

I guess that this is your first election. We rarely get everything we want in a candidate. John McCain is who he is. Either vote for him or vote for a Dem or don’t vote.
In 70 years, I have learned that we rarely get all that we want in anything, but the mark of a true adult is to accept what is and do the best we can.
In my opinion, John McCain is head and shoulders above any other choice, so I will be voting for him and doing what I can to help him.
Grow up!
