Yes, it used to be across from a lumberyard (which closed when it couldn’t compete with HD and Lowes.) The ones who don’t get work have been known to break into the cars at the rail station.

I use that street when going to Best Buy and always see people hanging out there. City built/paid for facility. I guess the intent was to keep/require them in one place to help with crime.
