Is that the city built and maintaned place behind Thurston’s at Central and Parker, next door to Best Buy? I still have a problem believing the city built and supports a place like that.
Or one can take the tollway north to the Main St. exit in Frisco and proceed east. Travel less than a mile, cross the r/r tracks and you’ll see them laying on the ground next to a convenience store. The police just drive right on by.
