`She is very bright. She's extremely well-informed, as someone would expect. She's very well-read. She's read things I'd be surprised an undergraduate had read,'' said her thesis adviser, Professor Jack Rakove, Pulitzer Prize- winning author of ``Original Meanings: Politics and Ideas in the Making of the Constitution.''

Her honors history thesis was on the role of her father's administration in mediating the peace agreement in Northern Ireland.

``She did talk at some length with her father and some members of the administration, but for the most part relied on the documentary record,'' Rakove said. ``It was a fairly careful examination of how the peace talks unfolded in the 1990s and the American role in them.''

Yes, while these are all brief references thus far, there has been no hint that I can find that anyone considered Hillary even a point of reference for discussing the Irish peace process...... it sure would be great if someone in northern CA could get to the Stanford library and see if this thesis is accessible (at Harvard all the undergrad theses are available, but of course the Clintonistas may make this tome as hard to find as Hillary's undergrad thesis was for a long time).
