At the end of the day... his interests are with Kenya more than his own country, period. That can’t stand. Maybe he should have run with Odinga there.

That is very interesting. I had seen some document about the proposed Sharia courts and such but didn't know it was Odinga that was the one.

I spoke with a Kenyan who was over there during the election, and his view is that the current President is refusing to leave after an overwhelming landslide in favor of Odinga. He is not a Muslim but he thinks democracy has been thwarted. He lives in the US now, by the way, and was only there visiting family at the time.

If he is correct in the landslide vote, it would appear that the majority of Kenyans want this Odinga for President. Do they know about the Sharia laws?

I am going to confront my friend with the "agreement" and see what he has to say about Odinga now.
