Who was peddling that nonsense to you. Raila Odinga was born in 1945 and Auma Obama is a few years older than Barack Obama. So it is physically impossible for Raila to be born of Auma.
Auma lives in Reading, England and was married to a British man. (Raila doesn’t look like the son of a British man!). She had a 9 year old daughter in 2006.
