Any leftovers are merely 'emergency tissue reserves', and those who are lucky enough to possess such backup stocks will be the ones who survive when The Shining City On The Hill is under siege by the Evil Saracen Hordes (a siege which many argue is currently underway).  Any swimsuit which does not accommodate those who are more fit to survive the rigors of wartime deprivation should be viewed as a 'substandard' suit and should be avoided.
