If we start to seperate whose ancestors were are were not slave traders - we won’t be left with many people in Africa.
Second, about 40% of the slaves from West Africa were originally muslims. (The Mandinka for example were predominantly muslim). As far back as the thirteenth century, Mansa Musa (a ruler of the Mali empire) went to Mecca for Hajj.
Please stick to what you know. If you don’t know much about Africa, stick to American topics.
