I thought I heard this week that Guam has 55 delegates. Is that possible?

“Now you have been washed and have become clean. My wife, the First Lady, approves of at least 1/2 of the American people for the first time in her life. So here is what you must do so as not to become backsliders. You may not seriously criticize any of my policies, or you will be in danger of falling back into racism and /or uncle-tomism. My first order of business when I am sworn in will be to sign an Executive Order requiring mandatory sensitivity training classes that my wife is preparing for the other 1/2 of the American people who obviously lack an important understanding resulting in their not choosing me when they had the chance.”
