The professor should've challenged the reporter and asked the reporter to schedule a debate between himself and a proponent of global warming. There is nothing better than truth towards winning an argument. And I'm pretty sure that the professor and the real scientists have the better argument. But, the professor didn't represent himself too well. His main argument was that global warming was bunk. Fine, but, we need more. I didn't see the piece, but it could be that the good professor tore the reporter a new anus and shredded the laughable mockery that is global warming beyond repair. But, that all ended up on the cutting room floor.
Careful editing is the hallmark of the drive by media.

I wouldn’t allow myself to be interviewed by the drive-by media, for something like this, without my own camera rolling to document what really happened in the interview.
