Interesting pic in that they guys has western style fatigues, boots, gear, etc. in pretty good condition. Could this guy be Iraqi security force that switched based on Shia alliances?

Since they are part of Iran and Iran declared war on the United States in the 1980 ies by attacking our country (embassy) then the correct thing to do is to attack full force. I cannot understand why their leader is still leading and not departed!
