The Lord repeated over and over in the NT to have eternal life, you MUST keep the commandments.

Proof, in context, please.

Rather Jesus, (and Paul, John, Peter, etc) taught that man CANNOT keep the commandments! Read Mark 10, John 3, Romans 3, etc.! Paul explicitly stated in Romans 3:10

because by the works of the Law no flesh will be justified in His sight; for through the Law comes the knowledge of sin.

Sorry, I put precedence on the four gospels and Revelation over the epistles. The Lords words always trump anything Paul had to say.

The one that some of these good Christians on FR seem to forget is 'Love the neighbor'. They don't even try. Sad.
