It's expected hundreds will attend the funeral services for the Sueppel Family, and it's likely there will be an outside presence there--for an entirely different reason.

Westboro Baptist church--a controversial group based out of Topeka Kansas-- travels state to state protesting at high-profile funerals for their own cause. Now comes word the group plans to be outside the Sueppel services, when emotions will no doubt be running high. The religious group, led by Reverend Fred Phelps-- plans to be outside The Sueppel family funeral, simply because it's expected to be a large gathering.

To add insult to their enormous injury, the surviving family members will have to listen to the hatred spewed out from the mouths of the Westboro gang.

That’s very informative.

That man could not possibly have had Jesus or God in his life or he would never have done what he did.

His crime was one thing but to kill his whole family like that, with a baseball bat....he’s going to hell and burn forever, nothing less.

With any luck, some big farm boys will remind them to be polite and show reverence at the funeral. Iowans tend to be polite, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the Westboro boys were politely herded back into their vehicles, under the supervision of the local county sheriff, of course.

They seem to protest at funerals of high profile murder victims, whether terrorism, soldiers in Iraq, or mass shootings.
