Lawsuit: Female Tigers Fans Unknowingly Starred in 'Soft Core' Videos

A lawsuit filed by the Detroit Tigers' former scoreboard operator alleges team photographers shot inappropriate "soft core videos" of female fans at home baseball games, the Detroit News reports.
The videos were "freely and openly shown in the scoreboard area to all employees and supervisors on almost a regular basis," claims the sexual harassment suit filed by former Comerica Park scoreboard operator Reanen Maxwell, the paper said.
"We believe there is no merit to the allegations," Karen Cullen, a spokeswoman for team owner Mike Ilitch, told the News.
The story did not describe what specifically was shown in the videos.

This thread is worthless without video.
Of the cameras at a ballpark, there is generally at least one camera on the crowd at all times and they can zoom in on an individual.
There are bloopers they compile and send to newsrooms (things like fans puking in the stands) that are never aired.
Who knows what they got on these women.
So, women engage in “soft core” behavior at a public venue, but recording their behavior and sharing it is a violation? PLEASE!
Where does it say any women ‘engaged’ in that?

Well, if you going to be groupie to a gang of neo-neanderthal gangsta types with an average I.Q. of 90, what do you expect?
The fans went to the ballpark expecting to see the Tigers, but when they got there, they found themselves watching the Twins instead.
There are also women in stands who will flash the players.
The woman who lodged the complaint worked on staff and complained about the hostile work environment in looping such clips to play in the workplace.
Management denies that such tapes exist.
A well formulated sentence?

“engaged”? where was that mentioned?
Where I work, we had a situation where a male engineer had a picture of a woman in a barely-legal bikini as his computer background.
Whenever a female engineer had to work with him on something, he would close all the windows on his screen and shift the monitor so she would have to look at the picture to look at him. He made it difficult to get with him anywhere else but in his office (wouldn't try to make meetings elsewhere).
He was asked nicely to refrain, but he kept it up. I know the women...they are reasonable people (and good engineers).
I can see how it could make the workplace hostile to the women involved.
Is it videos of people eating filled donuts or Tasty Cakes?
