Pelosi has not publicly endorsed either Clinton or Barack Obama in their hotly contested White House battle, but she recently said superdelegates should support whoever emerges from the nomination contests with the most pledged delegates -- which appears almost certain to be Obama.

The Clintonoids have a point here. If the superdelegates should just support whoever has the most pledged delegates, then their existence is pointless.

The whole idea behind the superdelegates was to be able to undo what the people wanted in case the people selected a candidate that the party elite didn't give their nod of approval.

This sorta goes to the other side, why even have primaries if the superdelegates are going to do the selecting? Also looks like Rush's "Queen Bee Syndrome" is alive and well.
