Phila. west of Broad Street and Montgomery/Diamond (west of Temple Un, my old school), looked like an “unflushed toilet” in 1980 when I was last there.
Glad to know that the Democrats have done so much to improve it in the past 28 years (Mayor Street, Rendell, etc).
Time to flush the whole place and start over again.
I wouldn’t go in to those areas unless I had a platoon of Marines to cover my ass.
