Good advice for prospective funcionarios de colegio in Puerto Rico.
In Calif, For Your Info: When I changed my political party (well before the election deadline) and showed up to vote, there was problems for me. Since I wasn’t on the computer printout anymore and changed, I was given a provisional ballot. I voted as usual, and my provisional ballot was put in s different box to be checked against the voters lists later and then counted. While this was frustrating, I was happy that there are systems already set up for questionable ballots that are hand checked to count. While I think more can be done to make sure of voter identity, I’m not too woried.
