It frightens me to learn of people like this. Seems like no matter how dumb, they reproduce like rabbits. I suppose that would be a mutation of evolutionary quantity over quality, as many lower forms of life do. A few individuals of litters of the Stupid Herd survive their learning curve so as to continue the sub(par)species.
