My kids get this indoctrination at their school all the time. The only thing I can do is tell them them the other side of the story.

My sixth grade daughter ended up arguing with her teacher about sunspots. The teacher insisted that sunspots make the earth cooler.

I sent in an article and haven’t heard another peep about it. :)

My kids get this indoctrination at their school all the time.

As do mine...all four of them. They get this "Time for Kids" magazine that is loaded with this propaganda. Here is an example.

Excerpt:

10 Ways You Can Make A Difference

Can one person slow global warming? Sure! You and your family can take steps to cut the amount of carbon dioxide that is released into the atmosphere. Here are 10 tips to help you save the planet.

1. Wear hand-me-downs...
2. Change your lightbulbs. Replace regular bulbs with compact fluorescent lightbulbs...
3. Ride the bus...
4. Say no to plastic bags...
5. Open a window. Instead of running the air conditioner...
6. Rake the leaves...[I like this one]
7. Take a cool shower...
8. Plant trees, especially in tropical forests...[get going kids]
9. Shut off your computer...
10. Reduce, reuse, recycle...

My 6th grader finds a new article ocassionally placed on her desk when she arrives. She is known as the skeptic by her teachers and classmates. At least her teacher respects her opinion and made her join Student Council because of her refusal to back down from her beliefs.

Even Fox News is doing this on the radio. I heard one of their "tips to make a cool change" the other night. They said not to use things like "slip-n-slides" and sprinklers in the summer because of their waste of water.....wonderful...when are they going to pass a law to deny my kids their slip-n-slide?
