I hate when judges get cute with their punishments. If he’s such a danger to the community that he needs a warning label everywhere he goes, the man belongs in jail. He committed sexual offenses against two children... that’s not worthy of jail time? Idiotic.
IMHO LeRoy Schad ought to be in jail. It would safer for the children & safer for him if he was in jail. If you do the crime then do the time. I don’t see where signs are going to do much but stir angry people up. And you can’t blame people for being angry.
Lose your balls, lose the signs. Fair trade-off.

This is ridiculous. If he’s a danger to the community he should be locked up, and if he isn’t then the state has no business making him a target for vigilantes.
That’s wrong! It only hurts the innocent neighbors whose property value now will plummet and they’ll never be able to sell their home to get away from the pervert.

If he’s that dangerous, just keep him in jail. This Orwellian BS sets a bad precedent that could end up being used for other crimes.
