Rowdy Spring Breakers?
That’s what first came to mind too.. spring break.. or soccer fans. this sounds like good old tourists,, altho the guy saying I’m a terrorist,, nyyaahhh,, I’d let him go with a tail.. he’s drinking some mighty potent stuff... better check it out.. ;-)
