The only thing a Democrat politician could that would surprise me is something good and decent.

It would not surprise me if he was. The legality/ illegality of it is irrevelent. The Democrats violate, obey, or make up laws as it suits their purpose.

Back in the 1960s, Ohio had a quite conservative Democrat Senator anmed Frank Lausche. (He was more conservative than the Republican who succeeded him.) When he was up for re-election the last time, he was in a tight primary with a liberal Congressman (who would later be governor), John Gilligan.

My Republican amunt and uncle went to the polls intending to vote for Lausche, as they had in every election in which he had been on the ballot. My aunt did, and the only reason my uncle didn’t was that he was cautioned by a poll worker that he’d best ak for a GOP ballot since his name was on there for District Leader.

They say you can indict a Ham sandwich. The extra publicity will just cause more chaos.

On second thought, more lunacy the better.

"No prosecutor in their right mind would take on such a case."

Mike Nifong is out of a job, last time I checked.

Oh, and Elloit Spitzer is also looking for work.

They were both leading examples of Democratic Party prosecutors.

“Rush is a selfish individual, not a conservative or a patriot he portrays himself.”

Really? I’m curious - what’s your definition of a conservative and patriot?

True. I see a lot of Freepers are reading this article and calling it (and me) “idiotic” and worse. What they don’t understand (and Rush seems to have forgotten) is just how much damage an overzealous Dem prosecutor can do. That’s partially why I wouldn’t have any sympathy for Rush. After the legal colonscopy he got in Florida on his medical records you would think he’d be more careful.

Ohio would have to prove that the voters who changed party affiliation were not sincere at the moment they changed. Can’t be done.

Maybe Limbaugh can get PA Senator Arlen Specter to represent him.

When Specter was losing to Toomey in the Republican primary, he urged Democrats to cross over to the Republican primary to vote for him.

I wonder whether the state of Ohio is going to declare voting on the basis of race or gender to be illegal too?

Yes it looks he wants the monster to be elected.

Clintons in Office are great for his business, it does not take a genius to figure out that the beast will be much harder to beat in November that Obamamamabama.

I put my word on record with Rush Limbaugh just yesterday that what I thought he was doing was helping elect the Clintons. Then I asked him why he hangs out in the dirty Dominican when the Clintons already monger around there? I close my stating that it’s understandable Mr. Limbaugh you are nervous about being marginalized because there’s no good business in critiquing the racial, and pointed out that he’s made enough money for 100 lifetimes, asking he be a patriot. I think the Clintons must have some really nasty dirt on him.

Idiocy of current Obama campaign does wonders. First Gore started to look like statesman in comparizison. Then Clinton. As lunatic asylum moves forward, Kerry begins to look decent. Next I guess they will make Nader looking like a founding father in comparison to Obama...

Want to sue Rush, go ahead, make it a very funny day.
