The GOP is dead for 2 reasons.
One, they don’t care what Joe Conservative thinks anymore. They know what he thinks... they just don’t care. The reason they don’t care is because most Republicans in Washington DC are owned, lock, stock and barrel, by special interest groups, be they corporate of ethnic. Your opinion is totally worthless to them.
Second, the GOP has terrible leadership. This is a leadership that will not defend itself or its principles... EVER. Bush is exhibit A. TOTALLY WEAK AND INCOMPETENT.
At this point I am on the verge of saying “OK, America, you want Socialism? Here, we’ll give it to you. In fact, we’re going to cram it down your throats until you’re a penniless tick feeding off the government corpse.” Only then will we be able to right this ship because it will only be then that people will be willing to pick up their arms and take their country back.
It is looking more and more like we will have to reclaim our country, and our freedom, from the ashes. Nanny states don’t die easily, and the parasitic beings that rely on it will become increasingly violent and difficult to deal with as the government gravy train disappears.
