When the above picture popped up on 1/8, everybody got excited but since then none has appeared in the upper latitudes - they have all been near the sun's equator. It's looking more and more as though we're still in cycle 23.
Where are all the spots? LOL.
Seriously though...this doesn’t look good. Cold weather and high fuel prices will not be good for our food crops or pocketbooks.
