It’s what they get for making that lunatic chairman of their party.

(March is Liberal Awareness Month.)
Whatever drive-by media idiot "wrote" this article can't even get Rubio's party affiliation right...after all, he's only Speaker of the House....

Rubio is a REPUBLICAN!!!!!!!!!! Trust me. That’s what makes this story funny - first the quote, and then the Miami Herald screwing up Rubio’s party ID.

Oh great, now I screwed things up, this wasn’t a Herald story.

IIRC, at the time the Florida change-of-primary-date controversy emerged, Drudge [on his radio show] said it was all Hillary's people trying to "front load" delegate-heavy, likely pro-Hillary states early in the process.
The problem, obviously, were the objections from traditionally early primary states that would see a decrease in their importance, regardless of the Clinton/DNC Machine.

OK, ok, thanks, I see it now. These reporters are on crack!!

Or, they could seat the delegations but bar them from voting for the first two rounds. After the second round, most delegates are released from their pledges and can vote their conscience. If it doesn’t go for three rounds, then, well, it’s not the DNC’s fault is it?
