Well what is the state of someone who crosses the riogrande without a boat? They certainly aren’t drybacks.

Well what is the state of someone who crosses the riogrande without a boat?

East of El Paso you can walk across at various times of the year because so much water is being used for irrigation the riverbed is bone dry. Most of the time they just walk across and the water is ankle to knee deep. Sometimes they walk across the footbridge that goes across the river that is on top of the flood and irrigation control dams.

So, if you want to know what you would call someone that crosses without a boat, try “ordinary.” Heck, sometimes you could call them “the driver.”
