I think she's more than that. I think she's Hillary's handler from the Saudis. You think the Saudis would mind spending a couple of billions to have effective control over the government of the United States? More to the point, do you think the Clintons would turn down a couple of billions in exchange for doing what the Saudis ask for?
Keep in mind that the Saudis can offer one big additional thing afterwards: estates in Saudi where they can be out of the reach of any grand juries, and where Bill can keep his own harem
