Maybe this will mark the start of the media taking a good hard look at itself and realizing how over- the- top they have been.

I only wish you were right but from the looks of their collective balance sheets they are perfectly willing to go down the tubes rather than get fair and balanced. They are all in for the left, do or die.

After 9/11 and we went into Afghanistan, I thought the media would get its comuppence after so much negative reporting and then success in Afghanistan. I thought it would happen for sure in Iraq, where reporting a quagmire for three weeks, we were in Bahgdad tearing down Saddam’s statue. But they’re like the Energizer Bunny - they just keep putting out the same lies over and over and the vast majority of the American public keep buying it.
