It was simultaneous with the GOP becoming a mockery of the once-proud, conservative party it was in the days of yore.

I agree with you that the GOP needs to reconnect with its roots....but making a mockery of the vote itself will not lead us to this path.

I hope Conservatives can reassemble under the banner of principle and not under the banner of political circus. Our future demands no less of us.
