FERNDALE, Wash. - Police in western Washington have located a missing sex offender who failed to stay in touch with his parole officer.Authorities found William Allen Blythe in a trailer park in Ferndale, Washington after receiving an anonymous tip. He was taken into custody without incident.
Blythe is a transient Level 3 sex offender.
Police say he served time for child rape, molestation and incest and was ordered to stay in touch with his parole officer. But he hadn't done that since last October when he reported he was homeless and living on the streets of Tacoma.
He didn't stay in touch with his probation office, and now EVERYBODY knows what he did. (Bet the folks in that trailer park were anxious to get rid of him. Even trailer trash have standards, you know.)
