Big deal. I used to have a band when my kids were 8-9 years old...they would fall asleep while we practiced. After you hear the same thing time and time again, it's hard to get excited about it every single night.

Goes along with an old adage as far as having a band, when you learn a new song, and are so sick and tired of playing it you could spit, then and only then do you know the song well.

I saw the WHO last year, thought of how weird/sad it must be for them to get the biggest cheers for songs they wrote 30+ years ago, and not their new stuff. Same with Ozzy, Guns-n-roses, etc, etc, etc......

Exactly. No matter how good a song is, when you’ve heard it a hundred times in a row...you’d rather sleep than hear it again.
